About the Opportunity:


  • We are looking to add a Junior Workplace Planner to our Planning team to help create welldesigned commercial office space plans for our clients
  • As Junior Workplace Planner for Clearspace, you will be responsible for creating functional and creative space plans that meet the needs and requirements of our clients
  • You will be reporting to the Lead Planner, and working closely with sales and estimating team to help win new opportunities

About the Deliverables:


  • Support our initial space planning process by drafting and revising test fits as required
  • Follow a set of test fit guidelines to space plan test fit reflecting Clearspace standards
  • Generate accurate takeoffs as required to support our estimating team
  • Provide administrative support in sales and project management tools
  • Communicate your design thinking and client requirements to our Project Managers and Project Designers to ensure smooth project handoffs

About You:


  • 01 year of experience in Interior Design, experience in workplace design is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD
  • Basic knowledge of Ontario Building Code
  • Demonstrate strong space planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and stay organized
