About the role
We're looking for a
Surety Assistant to join our growing team for a 6-month contract

What you'll do here:

Perform data entry in our billing systems according to our quality standards
Gather the necessary information for the processing of invoices according to the established processes
Produce reports
Archive processed documents
Support the technical team of the bonding department
Possibility of being called upon to participate in training sessions

What you bring to the table:

College Diploma, or higher, with up to one year of experience, preferably in the insurance field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Quick and accurate data entry skills
Good oral and written communication skills and team spirit
Proven problemsolving and analytical skills
Can make decisions and work independently
Strong organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
PC literacy with windows software knowledge
Can multitask and meet tight deadlines
Bilingual (French and English)] is an asset
