Wok Box North London is a renowned dining establishment in London Ontario, known for fresh Asian cuisine.

We are committed to providing exceptional culinary experiences and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality and outstanding guest service.
Manage and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Handle budget and payroll management, inventory control, and procurement of supplies.
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and guests.
Liaise with vendors and maintain positive community relations.
Implement marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant legislation.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English, POS and supplies ordering systems(including GFS, Pepsi).
Eligible to work in Canada.
