Wok Box North London is a renowned dining establishment in London Ontario, known for fresh Asian cuisine.

We are committed to providing exceptional culinary experiences and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality and outstanding guest service.
  • Manage and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Handle budget and payroll management, inventory control, and procurement of supplies.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and guests.
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain positive community relations.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English, POS and supplies ordering systems(including GFS, Pepsi).
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

  • Salary is $2 23/Hour
  • Working hours per week is
