Front Desk Receptionist

Car dealership in North York is looking for an receptionist with excellent customer service skills.

  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly, businesslike manner.
- accurate and concise written communication skills.
- excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • Experience with managing social media.
  • Self motivated & selfstarting individual with a positive attitude.

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Running errands
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing expense reports
  • Billing

Duties:


  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • File documents and maintain organized records
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Experience:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or other office software is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
