Description

Office cleaner needed with over 15 years of experience, cleaning a clinic 5 days per week in Newmarket, near Mullock Drive and Yonge Street.

Requirements:


  • Police clearance would be requested.
  • 3 workrelated references would be requested.
  • Available to start in February.
  • Own vehicle.
  • To live in Newmarket and/or be less than 20 minutes drive from Mullock Drive and Yonge Street.
  • Over 15 years of office cleaning experience, easygoing, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable.

Standard Office Cleaning Services:


  • Cleaning main entrance doors inside out.
  • 1 kitchen.
  • 3 washrooms.
  • Reception.
  • 7 Exam rooms.
  • 6 other rooms.
  • Cleaning desks/tables, cabinets, counters, phones, etc.
  • Cobwebs removal.
  • Emptying waste containers.
  • Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
  • 3 hours per cleaning visit with _one_ cleaner.

Approximate facility size 4000 sq. ft. ground floor

Cleaning Schedule:


  • Every Monday to Friday anytime between 6 pm and 10 pm.

We Provide Everything:


  • All cleaning supplies, commercial vacuums, buckets, mops, etc. would be _provided by us._

Pay:


  • The monthly payment is $1350 and it requires 3 hours per cleaning visit with _one_ cleaner.
  • We pay by Etransfers.
