Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a refrigeration Technician Apprentice. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of commercial refrigeration systems. You will assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems. Additionally, you will learn how to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure systems are operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
Learn to trouble shoot and diagnose system issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils and replacing filters.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
HVAC/R certification or enrollment in a related program is considered an asset.
