GardaWorld is currently hiring an Account Coordinator for our Security Services business line based out of our Regina office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues in your assigned account portfolio with a focus on delivering a high level of service.

You will be liaison for clients, GardaWorld team members and internal operations and act as the primary point of contact for client service, employee performance and incident escalation.

Account Coordinator duties will include:


  • Maximizing customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Validating corrective action for complaints, responding to escalated inquiries/requests quickly and professionally, while adding value at every opportunity, while documenting in accordance with corporate policy
  • Developing intimate familiarity with customer culture, requirements, and day to day operations
  • Ensuring customer expectations and contractual requirements are translated into operating instructions, including Standing Orders
  • Facilitating activities related to new account startups and closeouts
  • Ensuring and documenting that each site is fully staffed with trained, equipped and motivated personnel who can routinely execute on the customer s mandate, as well as the company s contractual obligations
  • Driving corrective action and organizational engagement on any site specific operational or disservice issue, per requirements under our corporate standards
  • At large sites, directly managing assigned Account Directors or Site Supervisors, and providing performance management and career development
  • Facilitating essential personnel management for staff and nonsupervised accounts including evaluation of field staff
  • Completing requisitions, logs, reports, and associated documentation per our corporate process
  • Reviewing reports applicable to the business including overtime reports, account requirements, staffing updates, license status to manage portfolios
  • Completing Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and ensuring client files are updated annually
  • Ensuring site operations are conducted with prescribed GardaWorld Professional Standards through regularly scheduled site visits
  • Coordinating with union representatives on personnel related matters as required

Qualifications:


  • Previous professional experience in the Security industry is a definite asset
  • Post secondary education in a Security related field is an asset
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or other relevant designations are a definite asset
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet business demands
  • Ability to travel to designated sites to meet with clients and field staff, as well as report to the respective branch offices.
