What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our exceptional team at our 150 seat one of a kind gem
_La Bettola di Terroni, _located in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto.

While maintaining the essence of Terroni, the menu at La Bettola focusses on tradtional southern Italian dishes, particularly influenced by Sicilian cusine and largely inspired by food seasonality and quality ingredients and is punctuated by an exclusive list of hand selected Italian wines.

La Bettola di Terroni, and its parent Gruppo Terroni, is the Industry leader when it comes to providing a traditional Italian dining experience which focusses on the delivery of exceptional products and experiences and it is the GM who not only ensures the location consistently meets these standards of excellence but also exceeds the expectations of our guests.

We are looking for an inspiring and positive General Manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and curating exceptional experiences for our restaurant guests.

A passion for Italian food and culture a must, wine knowledge and/or certification an asset.

Description of Role:

***Reporting to the Director of Operations Restaurants, the General Manager La Bettola di Terroni directs, oversees and coordinates the operations of the location. We are looking for a General Manager who is passionate, positive and proactive, someone who will lead the location to succeed from both a financial perspective as well as from a guest experience perspective. The GM is responsible and held accountable for the financial success of the location and has the key responsibility of monitoring budgets and reviewing costs throughout every step of the operations of the business. Additionally, the GM must ensure the business meets all regulatory requirements and is compliant with relevant laws, including but not limited to labour and health and safety.

We are offering:

Annual Salary of $75,000 to $80,000
