Job description:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as PM / PCO.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Negotiate with partners and external suppliers to ensure that contracts are favorable and that commitments are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and that all deliverables are of high quality
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Manage risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Support the Program Director in managing the overall program
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing fixedprice mandates, negotiating with partners, and managing project followups
- Excellent negotiating and partnership skills
- Proficient in financial management and contract management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
