  • POSITION OVERVIEW
The Commercial Analyst, Client Contact Centre receives, and processes telephone and electronic requests sent to the client contact centre. The incumbent quickly analyzes and interprets client information requests to determine their needs and identifies new business opportunities. Acting as a BDC brand ambassador, the analyst provides advice to entrepreneurs in a courteous and polite manner.

  • CHALLENGES TO BE MET
  • Receive and process telephone calls in a courteous, informed and professional manner. Validate client needs to ensure they are properly understood.
  • Reply to electronic requests based on established criteria and within deadlines.
  • Receive complaints and take the necessary measures using his/her influence to find a solution that satisfies both the client and BDC before forwarding each complaint to the department involved as set out in the BDC Total Care Program.
  • Support BDC clients and employees in using the client portal.
  • Assess the potential of financial and/or consulting service requests in compliance with BDC policies, practices and quality standards before referring them to a business centre.
  • Follow up on financing opportunities with business centres.
  • Submit additional financing requests from existing clients to their respective business centres.
  • Reject requests that do not meet BDC's criteria and policies while ensuring that the client clearly understands the reasons for the rejection.
  • Stay abreast of BDC policies and practices regarding financing and consulting solutions so as to be able to promote BDC products and services.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with the network by informing representatives in the client file of all activities undertaken.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Aptitude for learning new software and keen interest for entrepreneurship- Great financial analytical skills- Capacity of being autonomous, proactivity and adapting to change- Excellent communication skill, great business acumen and strong client focus- Bilingualism (French/English), orally and written, is mandatory- Between 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field- College, Professional or University Degree in administration, economics, or any relevant field with professional experience.

- Account Payables experience is a great asset


ADDITIONNAL INFORMATION
Available to work between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 p.m EST. (seven-hour shifts), Monday through Friday. This is an on rotation position.
