Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and efficient service including accurate order taking to customers to maximize sales and frequency.
Complete daily production reports, route reports and customer invoicing for appropriate department leads.
Coordinate customer inquiries regarding postsales, nontechnical issues, and transfer customer escalations to Supervisor.
Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including outlining product details, price quotations, product availability and liaison with other departments in account setups.
Advise customers accordingly of changes/delays including holiday closures, route modifications, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year customer service experience (retail or call center)
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools
Must be selfmotivated and well organized
College diploma an asset
