Requirements:

Must like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results.
Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team.
Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional
2+ years of Payroll Experience.
Superb communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines

Responsibilities:

Process full cycle payroll activities and benefits administration (such as processing information on hires, transfers, leaves, terminations, and wage adjustments).
Process benefit enrolments and relevant deductions
Ensure all enrolment information is updated with respect to employee terminations, changes in salary or status.
Knowledge of payrollrelated tax information & remittances (payroll source deductions, EHT etc.).
Communication with employees and management
Accounting Administration duties
