Overview:

The Marketing Manager:

Digital Advertising and Ecommerce is responsible for ensuring the 7-Eleven brand is top of mind and relevant to current and potential customers by developing effective paid delivery and ecommerce platforms and campaigns.

Drive orders and store visits through partnerships, digital shelf expertise and paid media approaches. Integrate with brand events and exclusive experiences to drive 7-Eleven Canada differentiation and referral.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitors relevant data (Internal dashboards and trackers, Google Analytics, CMS, etc.) to identify trends, insights to inform strategies for improvement.
  • Proven ability to influence the customer and achieve results through data driven insights, organized business planning and stakeholder / team collaboration.
  • Build partner relationships and platform knowledge with internal digital, merchandising teams and external platform partners.
  • Develop content and customer messaging through contractors and agency teams in support of sales driving and customer engagement improvements.
  • Plan, brief and own execution of campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Measure campaign results and identify insights in a real time environment to drive strategies and plans to continually grow engagement.
  • Execute other projects as requested by Director of Marketing, Communications & Digital
  • Canada.
  • Continually focus on improvement and innovation of self and brand.
  • Own and foster an Entrepreneurial Attitude and working demeanor.

Qualifications:
-
An ecommerce marketer:innovative data driven marketer with proven results building communities, orders, and sales through improving customer experience, digital shelf and paid strategies. Ability to lead using insights from all channels and partner platforms to grow owned and third party ecommerce channels.

A content marketer: Consistently re-evaluates and creates strategic communication to stores and our internal and external customers that drives acquisitions, frequency and referral.

A partner and collaborator: Cultivate partnerships that extend and grow the business through relationship, shared growth objectives and customer engagement.

Education: Degree in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing / E-commerce.

  • 4 years of business experience focused on digital/ ecommerce / data driven marketing.
  • Curiosity to continually uncover understand customer needs and wants to improve cx and redemptions.
  • Ability to influence across functional, agency and contractor teams in nonreporting relationships.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy, drive tactical shifts resulting in customer response through data analysis and insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills spoken and written to effectively communicate and influence results on owned programs, from the field to the sr management team.
