3-4pm till 10-11pm

Work setting

  • Apartment/condominium complex

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Maintain clean, pleasant environment in all common areas.
  • Communicate with residents
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with mínimal supervision

Knowledge and skills

  • The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, maintenance staff and contractors.
  • The ability to resolve issue that may occur to maintain smooth building operations.
  • The ability to coordinate and communicate tasks to contractors.
  • The ability to inspect the overall appearance and conditions of the building and detect deficiencies.
  • The ability to maintain clean and pleasant living environment.
  • The ability to manage list of responsibilities and set priorities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
