2 positions available:


  • Monday to Friday, 6:00am 2:30pm with flexibility to work afternoons and overnights as per business requirements.
  • Sunday to Thursday, 9:30pm6am with flexibility to work afternoons and days as per business requirements.

Job Summary:


As an Operations Supervisor for McKesson Distribution, you will use your leadership skills to drive a culture of excellence through execution of daily operational plans and strategies.

You will lead by allocating resources, disseminating information to teammates, and ensuring compliance with key processes, all while achieving safety, quality, efficiency and financial KPI's.


In this dynamic, fast-paced role you will exercise strategic thinking, effective planning, and utilize your communication skills to motivate and inspire your team, driving a culture of excellence.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Effective interpretation and facilitation of local collective agreement to foster relationship between management and the union
  • Coordinate and leverage internal/ external business partners and units to achieve McKesson's vision of Customer First
  • Employee Lean Six Sigma methodology to optimize operational processes
  • Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance

Position Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree an asset; Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Capitalize on people's abilities right people in right roles with the right responsibility
  • Take the time to mentor and develop staff, demonstrating the commitment to helping people succeed
  • Give honest feedback and respectfully challenge others
  • Make difficult (sometimes unpopular) decisions when required
