Trinity College School is currently searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our engaging school community. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in March 2023.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide operational and administrative support across all human resources functions
  • Maintain employee files and employment contracts
  • Complete the appropriate employment verifications, such as reference checks, police background checks
  • Support the onboarding process of all new employees
  • Ensure that all mandatory training, licensing, and accreditation requirements are fulfilled and documented
  • Provide backup for the payroll function, group benefits and pension plan management
  • Provide support for the preparation of the annual salary budget
  • Provide support for the annual audit and regular update of the staff handbook

Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a busy and highly confidential office environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in human resources management (benefits, pension plans, ESA)
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll software or HRMS would be an asset
  • Postsecondary degree or certification preferred
