Investment Management Business Transformation & Enablement is a group within TD Private Wealth Management National Office that is accountable for Ease of Doing Business, Risk Management support and Control Partner engagement, as well as Investment Platforms, Technology, Operations and Digital Enablement for TD Private Investment Advice and TD Private Investment Counsel


Job Description:

Managed Solutions are a critical tool in advancing TD Wealth's growth goals and strategies for Investment Management.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Managed Solutions the Analyst, Managed Solutions, will work alongside a team of professionals within Investment Management Business Transformation & Enablement to support day-to-day management and future-state evolution of managed platforms and products at TD Private Wealth Management.

Specifically, the Analyst will be accountable for the following:


  • Lead production and updates to frontoffice documents, including client and advisorfacing product profiles, performance reports, and other sales collateral, collaborating and coordinating with internal business partners and external vendors
  • Support the growth of scalable investment management practices by actively sharing insights and recommendations that drive platform enhancements, advisor and client experience, operational productivity, and other process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain internal team and advisorfacing product policies, procedures, manuals, and other materials as required, ensuring they are compliant with requirements and auditready
  • Conduct platform and programrelated data analysis, research, trend monitoring, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and growth/enhancement initiatives
  • Assist in development and delivery of executive and field presentation materials to communicate platform details including key metrics, features, functionality, etc.
  • Resolve inbound product/platform inquiries from business partners and the field, referring matters and escalating complex issues as required
  • Participate fully and actively as a member of the Managed Solutions team and contribute to a highperforming, inclusive, and caring team culture and working environment

Requirements:


Qualifications/Skills/Experience:


  • Minimum 23 years of relevant wealth or investment industry experience
  • Sound financial acumen and understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Strong attention to detail, and problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to complete tasks
  • Highly organized and processoriented, with a strong ability to prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; Experience with wealth and investment management software/platforms considered an asset
Additional Information


Education/Accreditations:


  • Undergraduate degree required; Finance, business, or related discipline preferred
  • Financial or securities licenses/designations (CSC, CIM, CFA, etc.), or graduate degree considered an asset
