Looking for a fun and rewarding volunteer experience? Look no further, we are currently recruiting volunteers to be a part of our group-based in-office program called "The Social".
"The Social" is a therapeutic recreation program that is a blast to be a part of As a volunteer you would have a regular scheduled 4-hour shift that you attend on a weekly basis, while you support the Therapeutic Recreation team in engaging the clients in the program and keeping things fun The activities vary day to day, but you could play beachball badminton, trivia, and drumming all in one morning. Volunteers in this role have a variety of responsibilities and love being a part of the group atmosphereThis role requires a consistent 3-month commitment.

Required Qualifications/Training:
Willing to complete all required training provided by the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners
Skills Preferred:
High Beginner ESL - Advanced ESL we have clients who speak various languages, but all have an understanding of English
Strong Communication skills
