Alstom has an opening for a Fleet Support Center Digital Solution Specialist.

The position is posted for our St-Bruno, Qc site but may be eligible for any Alstom Services sites in the USA and Canada.

In Alstom Services, our focus is to provide excellence in customer support and develop innovative mobility solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work with Digital Solutions engineering to support, configure and analyse the data from hardware and software components to the projects
  • Become familiar with Legacy and Alstom digital solutions in prognostics (predictive maintenance), data analytics (trends, correlations across multiple sites and products), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), and remote telematic sensors (Motes, Netbox, Alphabox, LoRA ) data collection and analysis
  • Using Alstom digital tools such as Healthub and Orbiflo, configure newly launched project.
  • Link data acquisition of legacy solutions to Alstom health monitoring platform (Health Hub)
  • Document procedure of methodology of data transfert and connexions to digital platform
  • Program alerts and data mining algorithms using Alstom digital tools such as Healthub and Orbiflo
  • Support Rolling Stock in the design and validation of the end to end process (data acquisition, model implementation, algorithm implementation and trigger of the alert, impact on the maintenance service)

REQUIRED PROFILE:


  • Master's degree in Engineering (rail, electronics or software engineering preferred) or equivalent to bac +
  • Important interest and knowledge on digital embedded systems for CBM and data analysis
  • Experience in technical project coordination
  • Fluent in French and English
  • High level of selfmotivation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be autonomous and also to relaunch and work with internal as well as external teams
  • Understanding of railway product systems and subsystems and wayside equipment is an asset
  • Knowledge and experience with various software programming languages and tools used in data processing and reporting
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships across different divisions of a company
