Position Overview:
As the Security Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our security operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in security management, risk assessment, and incident response.
You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, facilities, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and plans to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes.
Security Operations:
Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Security Management, Cyber Security)Proven experience in security management, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a lead role.
