Position Overview:

GroupM Canada is looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst to work within the Accounts Payable team for a
9 month contract.

If you are currently enrolled in an accounting or finance program, then this is a great opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a good filing system online
Daily coding, matching, and posting invoices
Ensuring that supplier invoices are received on time with proper backups
Daily contact with internal media/agency personnel and outside vendors
Reconciling vendor statements on a monthly basis
Checking weekly payment reports to ensure that vendor address and invoice numbers/amounts are accurate
Maintain and following internal control policies

What you bring:

Currently enrolled in a program that requires a coop or internship for graduation
Analytical with an ability to problem solve independently
Strong organizational skills
Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Able to work simultaneously on multiple tasks while maintaining immaculate attention to detail
Enthusiastic selfmotivated individual who is eager to learn and to take on challenges
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work with mínimal supervision
