    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY
    This position will be ordering and receiving inventory working on POS and billing for medication.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, making labels and keeping records
  • Inspects the goods received to ensure their quality
  • Stores or stocks the items in their appropriate places.
  • Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items
  • Responsible for monitoring the returns process
  • Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material by utilizing the to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Accurately process sales using cash registers, scanners, or equipment
  • Provide to obtain total purchase amount.
  • Accept cash, checks and bankcards for payment
  • Process payments according to company procedure
  • Participates in quality assurance activities as directed
  • Performs general housekeeping duties at the pharmacy
  • Works with Pharmacy Operations Manager regarding any performance management issues or concerns
  • Assembles, labels and provides supplies as required under specific contracts
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Job Qualification

    Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize workload for efficient use of time.
  • Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
