Job description:

We are looking for dynamic Consultants to grow our
Life Sciences team in Toronto**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
Pharmaceutical Project Manager.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Lead and execute program management effectively, overseeing progress in terms of schedule, costs, and resources to ensure the success of the Manufacturing 4.0 program
  • Coordinate internal and external program activities, ensuring clear and effective communication among teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives
  • Lead change management initiatives, identifying and mitigating change impacts, effectively communicating changes, and ensuring successful implementation
  • Act as a catalyst to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among diverse stakeholders and teams within the Manufacturing 4.0 program

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • PMI certification would be a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar magnitude within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with IT management tools and digital tools deployment
  • Experience in change management and life science projects highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required and proficiency in French preferred
