Job description:

We are looking for dynamic Consultants to grow our
Life Sciences team in Toronto**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
Pharmaceutical Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead and execute program management effectively, overseeing progress in terms of schedule, costs, and resources to ensure the success of the Manufacturing 4.0 program
Coordinate internal and external program activities, ensuring clear and effective communication among teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives
Lead change management initiatives, identifying and mitigating change impacts, effectively communicating changes, and ensuring successful implementation
Act as a catalyst to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among diverse stakeholders and teams within the Manufacturing 4.0 program

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
PMI certification would be a plus
Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar magnitude within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with IT management tools and digital tools deployment
Experience in change management and life science projects highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required and proficiency in French preferred
