My name is Tony Brink and I'm a serial entrepreneur, founder of a few businesses in wholesale, retail and E-commerce.

I'm the founder of Etta Vita, a dietary supplement company based in the US that specializes in naturopathic and herbal nutraceuticals for vitality and wellness.


About the company:
At Etta Vita, we believe that good health begins with building a strong foundation within the body. We are an American dietary supplement brand offering naturopathic and herbal nutraceuticals for vitality and wellness.

Our mission is to connect mind and body through vitality by providing the most effective herbal supplements to adults looking to elevate their wellness.


The name Etta Vita is a combination of both an English woman's name, Etta, meaning "ruler of the home" and Vita, a shortened version of the word "vitamin".

We believe that herbs and plants provided by mother earth are what serve the body and rule the home. We are committed to providing the highest quality of natural supplements to help people live healthier and happier lives.


About the role:
This would start as an hourly role with the potential to move to a full-time position.

We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones or overlap.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining daily calendar, arrange calls, meetings, and conferences while making sure all details are handled in a clear and organized manner
  • Working on other different complex tasks (if needed)

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of proven experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant for a business owner/CEO
  • Experience with communication tools like Teamwork and Zoom
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are prioritized and handled at the appropriate time and in the correct manner
  • High level of experience with Google Apps, Apple Calendar, Gmail, and similar apps
  • Capability to setup new systems and "standard operating procedures" (SOPs) in order to streamline business and personal tasks
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks and handle multiple projects at the same
