Prestige Dental Clinic is currently looking to hire a friendly, and energetic Dental Receptionist for our dental clinic to join our busy and well established practice on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

Language:

Bilingual ( French and English). Other languages are an asset.

Education & Experience:

Grade 12 Diploma (required)

Knowledge:

Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

Performs all phases of a dental receptionist duties:

Greet and assist patients courteously and professionally as they arrive and leave
Schedule appointments in an organized and efficient manner by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
Input and maintain electronic files of patients within the dental management system
Maintain and organize an accurate and uptodate patient records(patient records and charts)
Submit insurance claims
Invoice and process payments of patients
Check on insurance benefits and eligibility and explain policies and processes to patients when needed
