  • Position Summary
  • Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, performs duties related to organizing and scheduling. meetings and events that the Executive Director will attend. Provide a high level of organizational and administrative support to the Office of the Executive Director. Provide highlevel customer service in response to all requests, ensuring a prompt reply in a timely manner to all clients.
  • Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform and organize activities to support the daily operations of the unit by ensuring that administrative services are carried out in accordance with established goals and objectives.
  • Plan meetings, conferences, luncheons and special events. Record and distribute minutes.
  • Provide support for administrative activities.
  • Establish and foster effective working relationships by identifying needs and providing support.
  • Assess and resolve administrative problems. When appropriate, inform supervisor and formulate recommendations.
  • Attend meetings.
