Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles.
  • Provide accurate and timely price quotes and availability of parts.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts inventory.
  • Process parts orders and invoices accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize computer systems to access parts information, inventory, and customer records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the truck or automotive field is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Proficiency with computers and experience using automotive parts software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
