Tasks:
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
- Assign, coordinate and review technical projects and programs
- Manage contracts
- Oversee the analysis of data and information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Publish research papers, educational texts and articles
