JOB SUMMARY
The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience.
As part of _Cheffry's Bistro_, our goal is to drive the highest standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
It's a Full-Time requirement.YOUR PROFILE
- Previous serving experience in a reputable bar/restaurant
- Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
- Able to work and communicate well.
- Able to lift to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop.
- Able to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
RESPONSINBILITIES
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on food & drink selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized area.
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers.
- Stocking the bar inventory when needed
- Other duties as required.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations.
- Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment.
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests even when busy
- All other duties as required.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
$15.50-$18.50 per hour
