As our
Training and Enablement Ambassador, you will be responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge training programs for our sales teams, both in person and virtually.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our staff have the latest and most effective marketing content at their fingertips.

You'll also be responsible for tracking key success metrics and KPIs to show ROI and overall impact on the business.


What You'll Do

  • Create, design, and execute a full curriculum of training programs for sales teams, both in person and virtual
  • Develop cuttingedge training that can be delivered virtually to allow for flexibility; including videos, gamification, simulations, narration/audio
  • Create certifications to ensure learners have completed the necessary training
  • Effectively identify gaps in training and prioritize development of training materials
  • Schedule and design the rollout of the curriculum, and deliver training virtually or inperson as needed
  • Stay uptodate on the industry, product, market, and sales training best practices
  • Coordinate annual and monthly training calendar, monitor attendance, and manage registrations
  • Execute on the daytoday, tactical elements of sales enablement programs, including design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing support
  • Assist with the tracking of key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to sales enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact on the business
  • Assist with special projects to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization, as delegated
  • Field all inquiries from the sales organization and act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams
  • Support efforts to evaluate existing internal sales resource library, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and update as needed
  • Support the administration and maintenance of sales enablement tools
  • Other related duties, as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in training and development and/or employee enablement
  • Post Secondary education in fields related to education, business, marketing, communications
  • Has good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in product/process change management is preferred
  • Has experience in employee development, mentoring, coaching and behavior management with a proven track record of success
  • Have effective analytical skills to analyze results and make decisions based on facts and figures
  • Able to manage time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities
  • Experience creating and implementing successful process/methodology/playbook initiatives
  • Experience building effective sales onboarding and training programs
  • Experience with speech analytics and CRM platforms
  • Ability to create and track KPIs to measure progress and perform root cause analysis
  • Basic understanding of IT desktop and network infrastructure with an emphasis on how technology works within small to midsized organizations
  • Have effective leadership skills which can impact colleagues' behavior
  • Inspire other people to reach their full potential and take ownership for quality, competence and commitment
