Task Description:


The incumbent is responsible for the production/creation of content for all digital platforms, primarily social media related to RDS, by linking fans with content producers (text, video and graphics content).

Acts as a content creator to engage fans.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Create, develop and distribute quality content on RDS digital/social platforms
  • Manage fan feedback and strategically interact with communities on the various RDS platforms and social accounts
  • Select and edit videos produced by our various properties and ensure distribution on the various social accounts and that the content is formatted for the platform
  • Produce content as needed on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube)
  • Promote major live events offered on the map and ensure the online posting of required commercial publications
  • Creation of graphic visual content
  • Other related duties

Knowledge and Skills:


  • College degree or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and editing software (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and/or Final Cut)
  • Have a public social account with original content (an asset)
  • Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity
  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong interest in sports and social media
  • Be available to work atypical hours
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
