Requirements:

Provide your expertise in the telecommunication industry to support wireless build projects.
Request and review structural tower analysis, engineered installation and reinforcement design drawings
Propose alternate solutions on overstressed analysis results to reduce or eliminate structural reinforcement on multiple types of telecommunication structures (self support towers, monopoles, etc.)
Support the definition of technical scopes of work for various types of wireless build projects (macro, inbuilding, small cell, etc.)
Define contract requirements, select & manage general contractors
Manage risks, changes and stakeholders on a fast paced environment
Prepare and provide program reports to different level of stakeholders, including executive management
Ensure adherence to all construction, installation & safety standards
View problems as opportunities for improvement
Partner with other team members to drive innovation in our processes, standards and/or technology
Pair your technical & project expertise with your business acumen to bring innovative ideas to fruition

Qualification:

Expert at analyzing and providing insights on structural tower analysis, structural reinforcement and civil design drawings
Complete knowledge of industry standards for structural design
Experience managing technical programs to completion on time, budget & scope
Adept at managing external vendor contracts & relationships

At least 3 years of related experience in telecommunications and/or construction

Great-to-haves

At least 3 years of experience in building wireless networks
PMP certification
Experience with SAP
Experience with Tableau or any other data analytics/visualization tool
