CT Control Temp / IHM Mechanical is a Burnaby based mechanical company that specializes in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

This is an exciting time to join our team at a high-growth stage and build several key processes.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail in a deadline driven environment.

In this role, the Service Coordinator dispatches the technicians, maintains technician schedules, and manages open call lists. Maintains courteous and respectful communication with customers, technicians, and all other team members. Provides technicians with clear and concise information to complete scheduled job.


Duties:


  • Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules
  • Create & schedule Planned Maintenances
  • Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed
  • Review & address aging open calls
  • Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending Acceptance Queue
  • Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly
