Why we'll love You:

Experience leading both business and technical projects, including facilitating business alignment
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field; Master's degree in a related field is an asset
Related industry certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile certification, Change Management certification, MBA)
Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprisescale projects, including experience with SaaS implementations
Experience gathering information for multiple sources, documenting scope, objectives, creating and managing timelines, and driving multiple stakeholders to consensus
PM experience in a matrix environment including external partners and government agencies is an asset
Previous experience within insurance and / or business transformation projects
Exemplary oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to develop dynamic working relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong vendor management within a SaaS environment

Once here, you'll:

Responsible for overall end to end delivery of assigned project(s), including traditional project management competencies such as project planning, schedule and critical path management, project financial management, status reporting, risk and issues management, scope management, business stakeholder management, transition to operations and project closure

Creates, executes and manages a comprehensive implementation and transition to operations plans
Oversees the work of vendors and vendor resources, if applicable
Proactively identifies impacts on other projects and programs, with an eye for mitigating resource constraints, customer impacts, and technology conflicts
Proactively identifies resourcing skill and availability gaps and works to mitigate or resolve
Utilizes project management processes, tools and templates that align with Westland standards and practices
Develops effective, respectful and collaborative relationships with team members as well as internal and external partners
Communicates effectively and manage project expectations with all stakeholders ensuring that presentations and communications materials are appropriate for the respective audiences, including regular project reporting
Other duties as assigned
