Who you are

  • You have knowledge of international People Planning standards, rules and regulations and how IKEA units are operated.
  • You have proven knowledge of systems used for People Planning, internally in IKEA and at relevant external companies.
  • You are comfortable spending time in the detail in order to find better ways, enable change and deliver results.
  • You have strong analytical/mathematical skills with the capability to deliver projects within a global organization.
  • You communicate in a clear and efficient way that inspires and creates togetherness and drives change in complex environments.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience and 5 years of people planning or equivalent experience.
  • You have advance training in HR Management and advanced skills in the field of People Planning or in closely related disciplines.

A day in your life with us

  • As part of the Centre of Expertise for People Planning, secure access to updated knowledge about market trends, latest developments and best practices in People Planning.
  • Provide expertise on People Planning.
  • Support the process of implementing the framework on People Planning, including following up on mandatory elements.
  • Create and maintain supporting material (process descriptions, learning material, working methods etc.) that facilitates better People Planning.
  • Support continuous improvements within People Planning and People & Culture.
  • Contribute in development projects when needed as expert within the field.
  • Define process requirements on solutions need to deliver for the process.
  • Together with People Analytics find datadriven insight and translate that into actionable improvements
