What you'll do

What you'll bring

5 + Years claims experience in casualty with experience in CGL claims
Previous Guidewire exposure an asset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong coaching skills
Ability to mentor, challenge and grow with a diverse team
Welldeveloped organizational skills
Proven ability to work well independently yet still support team goals
Selfless in their support of others
Min 56 years of relevant experience in the Financial or Insurance industry
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills both written and verbal, building strong relationships at all levels
Detailfocused, highly analytical orientation
Demonstrated ability to think strategically with problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with good time management skills
Highly motivated and well organized.
Good knowledge of insurance practices, operations, and processes.
