What you'll do

- 5 + Years claims experience in casualty with experience in CGL claims
- Previous Guidewire exposure an asset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Ability to mentor, challenge and grow with a diverse team
- Welldeveloped organizational skills
- Proven ability to work well independently yet still support team goals
- Selfless in their support of others
- Min 56 years of relevant experience in the Financial or Insurance industry
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills both written and verbal, building strong relationships at all levels
- Detailfocused, highly analytical orientation
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically with problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills
- Highly motivated and well organized.
- Good knowledge of insurance practices, operations, and processes.
- CIP designation
