We require a reliable person for our busy expanding shop department who excels in customer service and has knowledge of the products we sell.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
- Process transactions through a POS system.
- Promote instore promotions and sales
- Participate in meetings and product knowledge sessions as required.
- Complete retail basic tasks in an efficient and timely manner (e.g., restocking, pricing, cleaning.).
- Comply with company, store and department policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance (hygiene, grooming).
- Complete other tasks as required and report to department supervisor.
Requirements and Competencies
Knowledge of basic tools, comfortable with power tools, and comfortable learning large equipment operation.
- Interpersonal skills and customeroriented.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Ability to adapt and cope with challenging and changing situations.
- Positive attitude, good punctuality and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under little to no supervision.
Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Location:
