The Role

As a crucial member of the warehouse and delivery team, the labourer - delivery personnel will partner with our delivery driver's to safely transport our products to customers homes while providing superior customer service and addressing customer concerns.

What you will be doing

Ensuring prompt and courteous service on pickups and deliveries
Assist with loading and unloading trucks with large home appliances, providing minor hookups if required
Inspecting merchandise prior to delivery, reporting any damages immediately
Participating and comply with all health and safety processes, initiatives, and training to ensure a safe workplace

To be successful in this role you must

Clear a security check
Clear a physical fitness assessment
Have the ability to safely maneuver merchandise more than 100lbs (our products are heavy)
Have a professional appearance
Enjoy working within a diverse team
Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect.
Have flexibility to work a Tuesday
Saturday work schedule
