As a Loader Operator, You Will:

  • Safely operate various pieces of equipment, including Skid Steer and Front-End Loader to meet production targets
  • Complete all necessary daily paperwork including daily logs, vehicle inspection logs, hours of service, etc.
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain crushing equipment
  • Clean, lubricate and perform minor maintenance work on equipment
  • Maintain site cleanliness and perform general labour activities, including shovelling in and around the belts and crusher
  • Comply and enforce the company's environmental health and safety policies
  • Act in accordance with Provincial Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices

What You'll Bring:


  • WHMIS and Surface Miner certificates would be considered an asset
  • Previous crushing experience would be an asset
  • Must be willing to travel to other work sites
  • Experience with Scales and loading trucks would be an asset
  • Able to perform manual labour and lift up to 50lbs
  • Have mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance
  • Previous experience operating a skid steer and loader
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Flexible to work for extended time periods, overtime and on weekends when required
  • Able to promote a positive and safe work environment in a physically demanding and fast paced work environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors, in extreme weather conditions, and in a noisy and dusty environment
