Associate Seller Success Manager (Account Manager)


Are you a highly motivated and results driven account manager? As an account manager, which we call an associate seller success manager with the marketplace team at Best Buy, you will help sellers adapt to our platform services and regulations.

You will be a trusted business advisor and provide amazing customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the seller success managers to formulate engagement plans with sellers regarding promotional plans, inventory, advertising, and other business driving tactics.
  • Provide analysis and reporting support to team for promotions planning.
  • Coordinate merchandising and marketing initiatives, overseeing the marketing calendar.
  • Ensure timely submission for internal timelines of weekly, seasonal, and major event opportunities.
  • Perform seller performance audits on request.
  • Find high opportunity sellers and work to grow them.

What we're looking for:

  • 13 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • A team player who has a customer minded approach.
  • Experience in reporting for sales and financials.

Base pay range


Annual salary:
$55, $60,000.00

This role is bonus eligible.
