Summary of Function:

The
Housing and Marketing Coordinator will be supporting the Marketing Manager and other Executives on projects such as advertising campaigns, and social media campaigns, collecting and interpreting data, and assisting with the leasing administration of a portfolio of residential properties for all clients.

Some weekend / after-hours work and travel to various sites may be required based on business needs.


Housing Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Legal Card Audits / LTB Eviction Summaries/Reports
  • Address to Tenant Complaint Logs
  • Tenant Claim Summaries / Tenant Applications (T2-T6)
  • Tenant Collections Logs
  • Secure Docs Contract Works / Contract Reporting For Entire Division
  • Monitor QA Audits
  • HVAC/Generator/In-Suite Reports
  • Rent Safe/MARC Applications
  • Missing Tenant Insurance reports (PV), Move in Move out Audit reports
  • Organize bulk purchases for sites when required, such as seasonal planters etc. (All properties)
  • Coordination of Site Staff Insurance Program
  • Revenue Share Program Management
  • Delivery of all financial packages to clients provided by accounting
  • Taking minutes at monthly meetings for sites and other clients as they become introduced
  • Sending of all monthly meeting packages / minutes / agenda

Marketing Responsibilities:


  • Closely monitor social media platforms by creating content and replying to comments/ message On Google Review
  • Forwarding any complaints to the appropriate manager
  • Keeping track of 11 social media platforms: 4 Instagram, 4 Facebook, 2 Twitter & 1 LinkedIn page
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to Property Managers such as: drafting correspondences, answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, arranging travels
  • Collect and prepare reports for clients
  • Complete market rent surveys to determine the rental rates in a particular area
  • Conduct market research to assess market trends in the region
  • Maintain website for all properties
  • Assisting with the leasing and marketing of vacant space
  • Will require some travel to properties
  • Working with and coordinating the Property Managers to ensure campaigns are generating enough traffic, and events are set in place.
  • Update social media/advertising displays
  • Analyze data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results
  • Extract & compile the data and materials for team & client presentations (social media, Google Analytics)
  • Schedule social media posts in a timely manner to maintain an online presence
  • Plan and organize tenant events/initiatives with the help of the Marketing Team
  • Support marketing manager in organizing various projects
  • Other assignments within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as reasonable requested from time to time by the Marketing Manager
