We're looking for an experienced Manager of Warehouse Operations and Logistics who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing the tactical strategy for the daily warehouse operations and logistics and ensuring warehouse operations can handle longterm growth. We have 6 warehouse locations in North America.

What you'll do:

Create and implement a strategic plan to ensure that warehouse operations and logistics are optimized to run smoothly and efficiently regardless of season.
Direct the daytoday integration of the warehouse and logistics teams to generate cohesive and efficient operations.
Work with the warehouse teams at all locations to identify and modify processes.
Evaluate workflow and warehouse layout on an ongoing basis and initiate improvements where appropriate.
Ensure compliance with the health and safety program.
Develop and proactively manage yearly department and transportation budgets.
Review existing logistics and distribution processes and performance and make recommendations for improvement as required.
Plan longterm labor needs based on sales, forecasts, and historical data.
Oversee facilities management including health and safety, security, and maintenance.

About you:

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in multilocation warehouse operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing employee teams in an extremely high pressure and fast paced working environment.
Welldeveloped team building and training skills
Ability to work effectively with other functional areas to improve service levels, resolve service problems, and reduce costs/improve efficiencies
Experience in the exhibit industry is an asset.
