About Administrative agent - insurances:
As part of the risk team, reporting to the, Assistant Manager, Insurance & Transfers, your main responsibilities will be:
- Encourage sound portfolio management by maximizing the proportion of the portfolio with insurance aligned with company policies
- Ensure the compliance of insurance policies and the validity of information entered in our computer system according to company policies and procedures, while ensuring that processing times are minimized
- Ensure the integration of insurance policies in our computer system and keep files up to date
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of intraand interdepartmental continuous improvement projects to increase the company's productivity and financial performance, reduce operational risk and improve the customer experience and all other related tasks.
The profile we are looking for:
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (an asset)
- Bilingual (English and French), to serve clients efficiently in all provinces
- Proven communication abilities
- Sense of initiative and a commitment to customer and employee satisfaction
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
