Overview of the Role

How you will make contributions that matter:

Support Marketing Manager as requested
Projects can include however, they are not limited to;
Preparing photo and video productions
Supporting tradeshows, customer facing, internal events and meetings
Sponsorship coordination
Experiential activations
Digital communications, creatives, SEO, administrative updates and support
Release tool development and deployment communications
Assist marketing manager in the development of 360 marketing plans;
Develop marketing collateral to support the brand;
Follow up with the various business units, agencies, printers and all external suppliers;
Work jointly with the ecommerce team;
Support brand and product copywriting in both French and English
Support the launch of new products;
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of the deployed initiatives, provide recommendations;
Engage and motivate our sales force
Prepare, coordinate and deliver different presentations and reports;
Perform other related duties as assigned.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

University Diploma in marketing or related field (2nd cycle degree, an asset);
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing;
Ecommerce knowledge and experience, an asset (Shopify specific experience is a bonus)
Strong web and social media knowledge and skills;
Bilingual (spoken and written) is essential as the ecommerce consumers, teams and partners are located across Canada;
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication;
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite;
Strong strategic and analytical skills, precision and attention to detail;
Selfmotivated, creative and team oriented;
Excellent priority management skills and ability to juggle several projects
Collaborative and positive attitude
Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM analytic tools is an asset;
High level of precision, sense of organization, autonomy and attention to detail;
Ability to manage priorities and manage multiple projects at one time while meeting tight deadlines and budget;
Be available to travel and hold a valid driver's license;
Be available to attend tradeshow during evenings and weekend (rarely)
