OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding company's products or services.

  • Excitingly engage with customers to provide topnotch support, resolving inquiries and complaints about our company's products and services, utilizing the best methods to ensure total satisfaction and adherence to company policies
  • Act as a liaison, coordinating information to resolve problems and keep customers informed of procedures and resolutions
  • Continuously follow up to guarantee customer happiness and make regular calls to existing customers to assess their contentment with our company, products, and services
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced representatives, utilizing your extensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, products, and services
  • Receive and enter phone and fax orders and make necessary calls to advise on shipment delays and other information needed to process orders
  • Take the initiative to initiate tracers with carriers, make changes or cancel orders/back orders, initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc)
  • Initiate credit requests, return goods request from customers, fill out forms, determine changes for service requested
  • Proactively solicit sales of new or additional services and obtain customer feedback information
  • Continuously strive to exceed expectations and any other duties as assigned

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Related Field


  • Preferred
- 5 years experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing


  • Preferred
- 3 years experience within AS/400 environment


  • Preferred
- 2 years experience with ERP software


  • Preferred

  • High Competency with customer service issues


  • Preferred

  • High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Applications
