SUMMARY:

***Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to take on the position of Customer Compliance Advisor. This full-time, permanent opportunity includes health benefits, a company match RRSP plus opportunities for growth in addition to a terrific work environment


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Client compliance updates
i. Yearly qualification

ii


Various company questionnaire array:
Historical, Financial, Health & Safety, Incidents & Accidents etc.

iii.

Running updates such as but not limited to:
clearances, insurance certificates, policies, procedures, company information


  • Client compliance recordkeeping
  • Overview user login credentials
  • New client compliance platform setup for various business units
  • Collaborate with Vendor Program Manager for different internal stakeholders (Operational, Legal, Health & Safety, Quality etc.) for incoming client requests
  • Collaborate with Vendor Program Manager for different internal stakeholders (Operational, Legal, Health & Safety, Quality etc.) for new client requirements
  • Collaborate with Vendor Program Manager for different internal stakeholders (Operational, Legal, Health & Safety, Quality etc.) to maintain a schedule of upcoming client and industry key requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish compliance for external matters (provincial boards, insurance broker)
  • Collaborate with Vendor Program Manager to draft client compliance related KPI's
  • Assist with outgoing Request for Proposal responses
  • Assist with various internal projects
  • Assist, prepare and participate in client audits
  • Act as contact person for internal questions and updates on compliance platforms
  • Act as contact person for client compliance functionalities (e.g. training)
  • Act as client contact person
  • Gather various documentation from internal departments as support to client requests
  • Escalate more complex compliance matters to Vendor Program Manager and/or assist in solving them

Qualifications:

***The Customer Compliance Advisor is a a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, high-energy, hands on, focused on optimization to meet the changing needs of the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other procurement related discipline.
years of experience in a similar position

  • Must be bilingual (French and English) both in written and verbal communication
  • Experience in the construction and/or telecommunication industry a strong asset
  • Experience working in a multisite environment in various provinces
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Creativity and innovation
