We are currently seeking an emerging Human Resources professional for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be helping shape human resources processes and procedures.

This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto).

In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship.

It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

What You'll Do:

Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Mature and scale the Human Resources team in a fastpaced and rapidly growing company
Drive efficiencies, automating processes, screening systems, shaping culture, and streamlining onboarding by refining team processes
Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
Coordinate closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement and improve collaboration with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices.
Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives.

About You:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master level university program in specific to Human Resources like a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) or recently or MBA with a focus on operations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts.
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours).

We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same.

With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award.

The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
