Who We're Looking For:

As a CRM Analyst, you have a passion for data analytics and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and overseeing the system that allows for valuable partner and prospect information storage and sharing across the organization.

Your key responsibilities include ensuring quality inputs and data integrity, optimizing system usage, and analyzing data outputs for efficiency and business performance.

In this role, you demonstrate strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a natural ability to independently troubleshoot, problem-solve and identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll work cross-departmentally to support all company stakeholders that engage or use the company CRM.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related; minimum 3 years of relevant work experienceStrong analytical and datadriven skills to problemsolve and think outside the box
Have selfmanaged projects and worked independently to perform analysis and report outcomes
2+ years' experience using HubSpot CRM system required and ability to use data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI

Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to this role to be able to work cross-departmentally with various stakeholders and convey clear, concise directions, recommendations, and observations in an effective way.

This is a critical skillset required to be successful in this role, as it requires the careful yet efficient review of a large number of datapoints and variables and a commitment to data accuracy.
Identify challenges and proactively troubleshoot and seek solutions to ensure smooth operations, executive support, and project success.
Exceptional organizational abilities are crucial for handling multiple projects and tasks within the marketing department and across various stakeholders and departments.
