What you will do:


  • Conduct indepth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
  • Design specialized campaigns for specifically targeted contacts
  • Market research to identify new campaign opportunities
  • Test every campaign's success
  • Develop and present executivelevel reports on a monthly basis
  • Develop a lead generation strategy
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
  • Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity

What you will need:


  • Proficient in using marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
  • Indepth knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools
  • Handson experience with marketing software and analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Eloqua, Hubspot, WebTrends, etc.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining engagement roadmaps based on results
  • Expertise with pivoting deliverables based on business needs
  • Strong client stakeholder and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in crossfunctional teams
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
