Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multiline phone system
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Maintain client records and files in an organized manner
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or secretary is preferred
  • Proficient in typing and using various office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
